The Assignment:

2022 presented a period of exponential growth for Barracuda Networks with the volume of recruitment far too high for its internal talent team to handle alone. Given Barracuda’s already strong agency partnership with us, we were asked to extend our service offering to onboarding as a formal “contractor” to their business in order to deliver to 20 new heads within a 12-week timeframe.


On board to the Barracuda Networks email domain, Jobvit (CRM), Slack and Zoom and receive full systems training ahead of campaign kick-off.

Deliver full resourcing and advertising support as well as handling all responses to Barracuda’s own advertising.

Candidate management and progress tracking from advert response to offer, contract issue and onboarding.

End to end management of the Hiring Community within Barracuda Networks from vacancy briefing through to hire.
